Vehicle was making a noise in steering column when trying to make a turn. Contacted dealer, and dealer stated they didnot know where the noise was coming from. Please add VIN #

While driving attempted to make a right hand turn and consumer noticed noise coming from steering wheel. Also, notice that somthing was rubbing against steering mechanism. Consumer had contacted dealer, , and he replaced parts.but, problem still occurs. Please provide any futher defect the GMC case # C03702692. The manufacturer acknowledges that many consumers had called about the same problem but had no solution yet.
