Cavalier RS 3.1L V6

  • Automatic transmission

there's a sensor on the transmission that needs to be unplugged, or you can crack open the trans, your choice. the trans locks into overdrive and doesn't unlock when you slow down, and unplugging this sensor corrects the problem. it cost me 40 bucks but you could easily do it yourself if you know which sensor it is. get new plugs too, it helped.
