Cavalier EX

I have this electrical window, but when ever I took the window down, it is very difficult for me to take it up again, so I suffer with the heat and dust out side on the road. The window comes up nearly after some time (10 to 20 minutes latter) but very slow. Please help me or give me a hint on what to do about this
