Good car to start out with, but should not be expected to last a long time. These cars are fairly cheap. I had a lot of minor issues (engine light sensor knocked off; trunk release failure; defrost issues, etc) but didn't have any big issues until 2013. That's when the gears started to grind. They got a bit worse as time went on, but I learned how to manage and maintain the transmission so it wouldn't get worse. So, overall, this is a decent car for a cheap, but won't necessarily last you a lifetime.
