At the upper end of 197,000 miles, my car started having an issue with the water outlet pipe leaking a small amount of coolant that wasn't too noticeable to the overall function of the vehicle. It was a small crack in the pipe itself, and overall coolant leaking was negligible at best. At 198,000 miles, the water outlet pipe completely snapped at the radiator hose segment, ejecting all coolant out of the engine, and rendering the car undriveable
