Check engine went on and then went away yesterday. Today, after parking, and removing the key from the ignition, the dash began flashing, lighting up and the engine wanted to start up. Inside lights were on. My car was seen with flashing lights on earlier when I had turned them off so they were on for a while. I turned it on again and when I turned it off, the dash went on and engine as well. I pressed down on three times on the brakes and all systems stopped. It's been pouring for two days now and I wonder if it is causing this malfunction.
