The parking brakes would not hold the vehicle when it's parked on an incline. The dealer and the manufacturer were both notified. The problem occurred heading up a slight incline, with the right foot on the brake and the shift lever in neutral. The vehicle rolled back until the consumer applied the brake again and set the shift lever in the park position.
