I have the same issue with the parking brake activating on its own while the car is sitting parked with no one in or around the car and it is not turned on! I would hate to have this happen while driving the car on the 401 at 100 + kilometres per hour - DEADLY OUTCOME. Please fix these issues GM and recall every Impala made.

I also have a water leak in the trunk that ends up in the spare tire compartment. I took almost a gallon of water out if it this summer, and it will eventually cause a huge rust point.
