The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. While driving at unknown speeds and making a left turn, the vehicle stalled. Additionally, there was an abnormal grinding noise. The traction control and anti-lock brakes indicators were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (reeder Chevrolet, 4301 clinton hwy, knoxville, tn 37912, (865) 297-4310) where it was diagnosed that the speed sensor and sub-assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 85,000.
