This happened twice today. After stopping at stop sign taking foot off of break to go car rived up had to jam on break only having turned off the ignition did it stop, turn on and it did it again. This happened a month ago Chevy dealership had car for a week and it did not occur for them. I am bringing it in again today so they can look it over again. Have had car 2 years has happened about 5 times so it doesn't happen all the time, but enough to scare us.
Update from Dec 23, 2015: Car has been at dealership since last wed will be picking it up tomorrow. They have been driving it for a week without duplicating the problem. Don't know where to go from here can't afford to replace it. Just hope we don't get in a terrible accident because of it. Scarey!
On July 25, 2014, while parking my new car at the Riverdale City Hall, Riverdale GA. (2014 Chevy Impala ) of 9 months, accelerated forward and jumped the curve and ran into a ditch. By the grace of GOD it stopped before hitting a tree. I had to climb out and only by GOD'S grace I suffered minor injuries.
