At 6,499 miles odometer reading, the dealer rotated tires. At that point the car front vibrated, steering wheel shakes, and brakes pulsate when brakes are applied. There were no problems prior to the dealer rotating the tires wheels; service rep indicated most likely rotors were damaged with air torque tightened lugs too tight; damaged rotors. Springs in rear continue to squeak. Factory defaults" bulletins ? how to obtain"

Brakes made excessive loud banging and grinding noise when applied at 10 to 15 miles per hour. This happen twice in a row. Had car towed to dealer as I considered it unsafe to drive. Dealer reports that they are not able to duplicate the failure and that brakes were operating to GM standards. This car has had the brakes and rotors replaced twice in the past six months.

I have brought my car back to the dealership twice, and twice I have left disappointed. Both times, I was reassured that nothing was wrong with my car, though my front brakes vibrate constantly. I was told earlier this year that the 2000 model of my car had brake defects, but have not been able to find any information to back this story. I am truly concerned for my welfare, especially since I commute to work daily approximately 33 miles each way. I have felt put off by the dealership because I am a female, and obviously "don't know much about cars". I have purchased 2 others cars from this dealership, and had no major problems. This time, I received poor service, and now, a potential lemon. Please help if you can. I have contacted my local dcp, but was told I could not do anything about the car without having it serviced at least 4 times. I feel that's too many times to risk my life.

Tires failed over time. Had to have a realignment and new front brakes installed even though the tires had been rotated and kept up to the recommended pressure. Abnormal wear on the outer front left tire and belt separation occurred on the right front to the point where it was very difficult to balance. After the realignment about 3 weeks ago, the car began to shake on the front end again due to another bad tire rotated up from the rear.( dot number: Tire size: P215/60R15 )

Had car for 15 minutes, traveled appox 8 miles when making sudden stop had brake failure. Car continued to travel until it became lodged over a tree trunk. This vehicle was new and had only 20 miles on. Dealer said they have no idea how the brakes would have failed, we are still working with them to get this solved, in the mean time they are not providing us with a rental or loaner because they said we are not having our vehicle currently serviced. So I am without transportation. This is outrageous.
