I had the rear panels replaced July 2006 and passenger side blinkers have stopped working again.

My driver rear light is not working. It has shut down even my turn signals on the left and right. Everywhere I call they want to charge $150 or more to fix. The manufacturer should recall all 2002 Chevrolet Malibus for the rear lights.
