When we purchased this car from the dealer, we got a carfax, and it said the car was clean. I'm beginning to think the car VIN was switched or something because this car has had a ridiculous amount of problems during the six months we've owned it. The air bag light is on (and no we dont have the leather seats that were mentioned in the recall) and there's absolutely no reason for it (unless, as I have stated, the VINs were switched or something). The wheel baring on the right front needs to be replaced, there's always rattling on the front right, and the sway bar keeps malfunctioning causing for a very scary situation when exiting from the highway! You cant go over even the slightest bump without it sounding like the wheels are going to fall off. The interior is a joke, and the exterior paneling on the doors will pop in and out if you lean on the car, like the thing is made of cheap plastic. The trunk button doesnt work 90% of the time, which has resulted in some really nasty groceries considering the stupid dealer never gave us a trunk key. The passenger locks dont work as well so the driver has to unlock it for you to get out (Which is a pain since my boyfriend always gets out and forgets!) The car started leaking water when it rained causing a considerable amount of damage, (hopefully no rust will follow) and when you turn on the dome light the ceiling moves up like there's nothing there above you. I'm worried about the safety of my boyfriend when he drives this car, and we are getting rid of it ASAP! I dont know whether to blame chevy, or a crooked dealer, but either way no one will do anything about any of it and i am P*D!
