FIrst time it happened 2014 (year after I bought the car) GMC paid the dealership for an hour to determine the cause of the SERVICE AIR BAG light coming on. It took an hour and a half BUT the dealership did NOT charge me for the extra half hour (Schonover in Hartville Ohio) and when I asked what was wrong, they said wires underneath the front seat came loose. So when it happened again last month (August 2018) I found my notes in my computer about what happened in 2014 and I got under the front seat and pushed wires together and it hasn't happened since I fixed it (it's been three weeks).
