I have a new re-manufactured engine. Everything on the engine is new, The engine light continues to come on. The cylinder 3 is misfiring yet the engine runs quite yet the computer shows misfire but it's not. It's not skipping or losing power. Diagnostics show misfire. I can't get it passed inspection. Plugs, ignition coil, coil, plug wires, distributor cap and button replaced. Everything you can think of dealing with the ignition. Totally out of options. This is a real nightmare. There is nothing else to replace. Can anyone give any suggestions?

If I buy gas with 25% ethanol or more, the engine misses badly. I have to use fuel-cleaner to allow my truck to run on the gas.

Always considered myself a fair mechanic. my dwell meter, timing light, and other equipment is of no use on this computerized piece of junk, No check engine light or codes show up. So here we go new plugs, wires cap rotor, drain replace fuel, fuel filter, bought a Haynes manual, no help there. Lots of advice, suggestions, things to try, nothing works, Little truck I thought I loved now I hate the darn thing.
