Collided with a bear roughly 400-500lbs at 55mph. Bear smashed the whole grill headlights and bumper. Bumper went into the tire. Airbags never went off. Have contacted gm and told that there is no active recalls and am now stuck waiting for a claim advisor to contact me back now. Hooked the truck up to a code reader and its now throwing the B0051 code (faulty airbags). They were commanded to deploy but never did. I was thrown into the steering wheel and now have neck and back injuries due to the accident.
