Hit on driver side in front of front wheel. Seat belts did not lock and airbag did not deploy. Passenger hit the entry exit assist handle requiring 15 stitches in forehead and above right eye. Will have scar. Head is till sore to the touch. Belts should have locked down and airbag should have deployed.
