The air control doesn't work in the front part of the Tahoe unless it's on #5 (max). So, you can't control the air flow. It's either off or on full blast!! Your either hot or cold, no in between! A real pain in the butt!!!

i have a 2003 chevy tahoe 5.3 ltr. vortec w/ autoride 4x4. last week i went to kragens for a headlamp bulb and asked for assitance. the dumbass guy told me to take out the battery to get to the light. lilttle did i know after i did this, i discovered the two hinges that release the head houseing . i was like WTF ?????? on the way home from the inlaws- i tried to turn on the A/C. damn thing wouldn't turn on at all. but the controls work for rear. as i drive .driver side blows out hot air as if heater was on. pass. side blows outside air. checked all fuses and relays. there all good. don't know whats wrong. can you please help me ????
