I took my car to the auto body shop service department on 09/06/2011 for the paint problems I am having on the outer-body sheet metal panels. I explained my problem to the assist-manager and he had a technician to check the car. His description of the paint problem to the assist-manager was; adhesion loss, clearcoat, surface of metal substrate is visible and shows corrosion spots and delamination. The assist-manager said there was nothing they could do and he gave me the number to call Chrysler. My 300C came with a basic limited Chrysler warranty as well as a Special Extended Warranty. This is what I have been paying for and continue to pay for.
