In all fairness to Chrysler, I received a recall notice for an ignition replacement several weeks ago. I had a busy schedule so I didn't take it in and kept driving. When I decided it was time to make an appointment it wouldn't start. It acted like the battery was dead but I told Chrysler when I brought it in that the battery had been tested but I still needed to jump start the car to drive it.They replaced the ignition and now the cars works fine. My complaint is they took 145.00 from me to test the electronics when I am sure they knew why the car wouldn't start. They were just padding their pockets at the expense of a retired public servant on a fixed income! Some of these people build these cars and then try to make you pay for them TWICE! Land of The Free, Home of The Greedy!

I am really upset with this car and this company. I experienced this same problem last September while taking my mother out to supper. We finished our meal and got into car and it just would not start. I'm 60 miles from home, have to call a tow truck and have it taken to nearest dealership. I call my son to have him pick us up and then take us home. Again 60 miles away & now my car is left at an unknown dealership with people I did not know or trust.

After dealership was contacted next morning regarding car & the problem it has I was informed that after the test had been run on car that it was a part called a winn module. Anyway the part would not be available until at least 1 month maybe 2. I could not believe a part for a car could or would take so long to get. Then I was unable to get a loaner car from this dealership or their company, even though it was going to be 1-2 months before they could even fix it. Now mind you I had extended warranty on my car and still had to basically harass the customer service for Chrysler for 4weeks without so much as a call back from my "case worker" assigned to my car before I could get a rental from then. I got the rental 1 week before my car was fixed, great customer service. Nothing like being left stranded by what you thought was a dependable car and company. Second time stranded.

COULD NOT POP THE TRUNK WITH KEY OR BUTTON. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS CAR. I'M PARKING IT TILL I CAN FIX AND THEN IT IS HISTORY. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT IN MY GARAGE.
