vibration when applying brakes

I noticed that Chrysler and Jeep and Dodge are having issues with brake rotors and they are not solving the problem. No wonder why every 10000 to 15000 miles the brake rotor gets warped. They are just skimming the rotors in the dealership in Bahrain.
