Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

I purchased a bumper for 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan sport model from ohare auto recycling & repair (280 old higgins rd. Unit 11 des plaines, il 60018- phone 847 299 1444). The employee joe gave a wrong year bumper, and made us wait for over 3 weeks. I am in a rent a car business and explained to joe that I cannot let my van sit on the lot for a long time. Joe promises to deliver the bumper every day since last 3 weeks and does not even refund the $250. Just today when I sent my guy with a receipt to get the refund the owner of the store threatened to throw out my employee out of his store and threatened me over the phone that if I send my employee every again he will kick my employees ass and throw him out of the store. I believe joe the employee is on medical leave and the owner is saying that he will not refund any money to anybody and that I should forget about my money. We have already returned the wrong bumper back. Please help in disciplining the owner and his employee and help me in getting my $250 back.

When driving at highway speeds vehicle will wander to the right. Dealer has seen vehicle 6 or 7 times, and has tried to align vehicle and tires. After dealer fixed vehicle, it would pull to opposite direction. Consumer has filed for arbitration. Manufacturer notified.there is rear bumper damage. The rear door is inoperative when using remote or interior button. Left sliding door rattle when driving over 40 mph. Dealer replaced sliding door panel molding and clips that were broken. Dash rattle in front driver area over 40. Dealer could not duplicate. Passenger floor gets wet from extended drive with A/C on. Dealer cleaned drain with compressed air.
