While trying to start the Van Clicks, battery / alternator / starter all good. Will start intermittently. Gauges and indicator lights also do not light up until about 5-10 seconds after full start up of the engine. Worried about the electrical system frying. So far no one can tell me what the root cause of the problem is. Please Help

Ever since we had our side door replaced (after an accident) we have been having major problems starting our van. We had the battery checked at AutoZone and it supposedly is fine. When you turn the key, the engine just clicks, doesn't "turn over". When it's really cold outside, it won't start at all. But, if it's warm outside, it will click first, and then like the third time of turning the key in the ignition, the car will start. Very frustrating because we have two small children and I drive all over the place and have a fear we will get stranded someplace. My husband is going to take van to dealer tomorrow.
