Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

The contact forcefully applied the brakes unto the vehicle decreased in speed. The manufacturer filed a claim and advised that someone would contact her to further assess the failure. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer nor was it repaired. The failure and current mileages were 59,840.

The driver heard a loud noise coming from the outside of the vehicle. Suddenly there was an unintended surge which resulted in the vehicle crashing into a wall. The driver sustained minor injuries to the neck. The vehicle had moderate damages. The police was not called to the scene. The vehicle was coasted to a nearby independent mechanic for inspection. The technician stated the failure was contributed to the cv joint. The vehicle has not been repaired for the failure. The failure and current mileages were 13,093.
