ok, so i got this truck when there was 140,000 miles and it ran perfect or even better until 175,000 miles. it jerks and backfires so bad but only when when i stay at consistent speed.... I have no idea what it is, i honestly don't have enough money to take it in and have to spend a couple hundred dollars just for them to diagnose it.... then spend however much on the parts..... i have done everything that the other guy has. please help.... justin
