I had a 2000 Dakota that was great. I put 200,000 miles on it with no problems at all except normal wear. I bought a 2006 Dakota and it is junk!!! It won't idle, the transmission makes noise going from 1st to 2nd and the brakes have be replaced 4 times in 35000 miles and the truck still shakes when you put on the brakes. The local dealer has put up their hands and said they can't fix and Dodge is trying to say all is normal for my truck.
