We have taken to several dealerships in this area to get them to fix the truck. Each time they let it sit in the service lot and won't look at it for a week. Then after we complain that we need the vehicle they tell us to come get it. They told us that Chrysler is aware of the defect and does not know how to repair it so they were not going to waste their time and money to try. The vehicle starts having the problem when it is driven over 10 minutes or the transmission is warmed up. We took the truck back two days after it was purchased new off the lot as it started as soon as we started driving it. We are going thru the Lemon Law process but Chrysler has ignored our complaint. They don't care and don't have any integrity to honor their warranty. Their warranty is completely worthless. It's no wonder they are having problems selling vehicles. They don't get return customers. Too bad they are getting bailed out! They don't deserve it!
