BOUGHT THE CAR AT AUTONATION IN PINES AND TO BE FAIR TO THEM THEY DID TRY TO HELP US EVERY WHICH WAY THEY COULD. THE CAR WAS BRAND NEW MAYBE 6K MILES WHEN WE 1ST HAS THE TRANSMISSION FAILURE, THE CAR WOULD NOT SHIFT GEARS, -- WE BROUGHT IT IN AND THEY SAID IT WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE ONLY TO HAVE TO BRING IT BACK A COUPLE WEEKS LATER FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THEY KEPT THE CAR A WEEK AND REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION.
TO BE FAIR -- WE GOT A LOANER FOR THE DURATION, NO CHARGE, AS IT WAS INCLUDED AS A WARRANTY ITEM.
THE SERVICE WAS GREAT -- REALLY -- BUT IT'S A ROYAL PAIN IN THE ASS TO HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR -- YOUR WIFE'S CAR AT THAT--- AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. THIS IS WHY YOU BUY NEW CARS -- TO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS.
IT'S BEEN A MONTH OR SO SINCE -- AND NO PROBLEMS TO REPORT. WE WILL SEE.
