Brand new car and already having issues. HAS slipped at least 10 times going from 1st gear to 2nd and has gotten stuck in 1st gear once. When the car got stuck in first gear I had to pull over, put the vehicle in reverse, then part then back into 1st gear for it to run properly. Contacted the dealer and they can not see the vehicle for 5 days and that is only to check out the "computer". They said that if it is the transmission that there is at least a 3 week wait before they can put it into the shop. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

On a side note, my parents have a Journey and they just had a new transmission put in. On their way back home after picking it up, the car got stuck in 2nd gear and was hopping all over the road. They were not happy as they were getting ready to leave on vacation. The dealer was nice enough to rent them a car for their vacation but the issues still remains...............what is going on with the new transmissions.
