Neon EX

  • 65,000 miles

20,000: engine light keeps coming on, dealer doesn't know why.. charged me $40 anyway
40,000: front brakes need replacing (I drive like an old lady, cant afford tickets or repairs) $400
45,000: O2 sensors fail $300
50,000: ignition switch wont work $400
55,000: brake failure!! Peddle wont budge $500
60,000: fuel gauge doesn't work $500
65,000: head gasket leaks oil and coolant, costly repair $750 (was why at 20,000 light came on but dealer didnt want to admit while under warranty)
80,000: EGR valve fails $500
85,000: fuel gauge doesn't work again, cant afford to fix
95,000: ignition switch doesn't work again $400
100,000: paint falling off car! leaves ugly grey patches: put tremclad on the patches. looks horrible
120,000: water pump blows up $750 (high price because of stupid design into timing belt)
