Had had rough idle for a while. Was told it was head gasket (by dealer). Mechanic 2 said no, it wasn't. Trusted mechanic 3 fixed the problem: loose tensioner. Had 60,000 mile service re-done for $1200 -- including replacing tensioner & belt. (Car was at about 75k miles.) Car runs basically fine now.
