Interior lights won't turn off when key is out of ignition.

I really love the vehicle however this is beginning to become annoying. Very difficult to drive at night with the dome lights on, actually its very dangerous because its difficult to see out the windows. If anything Dodge should fess up and call this a major safety recall because someone is going to get killed. Unfortunately in today's world that's what it usually takes before anything is done.
