At the Cherokee Yacht Club, in Grove, OK. Ran off a bridge, went airborne, took out three small trees, rolled down the river bank and into the water below. We were not buckle so my husband hit the windshield with the back of his head and took off the rear view mirror with it. I landed on my back on the person to my right and required weeks of physical therapy. The person to my right had pain in his arm for while. The airbags never deployed at all. While I don't have any information on hand, I can dig up the VIN and all the claims information cause the truck was totaled and insurance paid off on it. It took a semi-truck hauler to pull our truck out of the river, and they never found the guy who ran us off the bridge. The gas tank and oil pan ripped open when we hit the ground.

An idiot hut in front of the hubby and he t-boned him going about 30 mph. No airbags deployed. None. At. All.

Hubby needed reconstructive surgery on one wrist and it will never be 100%. Both wrists needed operations, plus his shoulder got messed up. This is because he was gripping the steering wheel really hard at impact. If the airbags had deployed he would not have had such serious injuries.
