I bought this truck new and there has always been significant wind noise from the doors, especially the drivers side door. It's not to bad when the wind is calm, but if the wind is blowing and you are driving 65 mph, you can barely hear the radio.
The quality of my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie is extremely disappointing. Along with my brakes warping constantly, my passenger door generates extremely loud wind noise when the vehicle is in motion. It sounds like the window is cracked open at all times. Sometimes worse than others if the weather is inclement. I haven't had it looked at. I don't want someone charging me a fortune for a wild goose chase.
