Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Still trying to figure out this problem. Live in state where you have to get inspected, and they won't touch with check engine light on. I threw a P2323 code which was indeed the H secondary coil pack (#8 cylinder). I was indeed cracked and melted. I fixed, and replaced spark plugs (with high end as Dodge's do not like less than Titanium or Iridium) and wires. I cleared codes, and 2 months later, still no codes show up. I replaced battery at same time since post was bad, so it was disconnected, have drove it over 40 engine cycles, over 500 hundred mile to let PCM reset.... and check engine light still on..WITH NO CODES SHOWING! Last resort and next on list.. replace PCM. If doesn't work, I am out another $250..
