Dodge Ram 2004-5 quad cab, location of latch and anchor locations. The anchor location for the rear seat needs to be changed, the location is too close to the head and limits the ability to install the seat properly. Also an anchor needs to be added to the front seat, center.

: the contact stated while driving 35 mph the brake pedal was suddenly depressed and the back seat safety belts did not hold the child safety seats. The child and the seat were thrown forward and a minor head injury was sustained. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however no problem with the seat belts were found.
