I had a Ford f150 with 150000 miles on it and decided to get a new vehicle. I didn't want a Ford because I had alot of (Mostly cosmetic) problems with it. I sold the Ford to a friend and it turns out that the Ford is more reliable than a brand new 40,000.00 Dodge. I thought buying American was the thing to do. I have gotten screwed. After the wipers didn't work the auto start failed too. After that, the 4wd auto wouldn't work. It was back at the dealership for 6 weeks before they fixed it. Good luck calling Chrysler. You just get to talk to someone in India who will just tell you that Chrysler will contact you. They didn't until the Lemon Law lawyer I contacted contacted them.
Just so everyone knows, you have a case against Chrysler if a) the same part of the vehicle fails 3x or b) It takes more than 30 days total to make the repair.
