Since winter I noticed when I am in 4 wheel drive it is not engaging. Being from Saskatchewan where our winter roads are covered in ice and snow it is dangerous. The dash says it is working but the front wheels don't turn and the back ones slide all over. Had it in for service and was told it was fine according to diagnostics. No one actually physically tried it by driving it. Was charged $68.00 for diagnostics test and still have the same problem. Have read this is a frequent problem that Dodge constantly avoids. Just want it fixed before this winter without all the bs from service department.
