Windshield wipers are inoperable. A recall has been issued on previous models, but this vehicle was not included due to VIN although it has the same defect. The dealer will repair the vehicle. The manufacturer has been notified.

The windshield wipers quit working at various times. I usually have to stop and raise the hood to bump the wiper motor assembly with the side of my hand. So far, they have started to work again after such an operation, but the problem is getting more frequent.
