Truck makes a growling noise similar to when you put in 4WD on dry pavement. I've had it in th shop about 10 times. If I put the tranny is AUTO-4WD the sounds momentarily goes away. I then put the tranny back in 2WD and it might last 5 minutes or 5 days. 1.5 years later the truck sounds like it is coming apart when I put it in 4WD in snow/ice/rain.
The dealer said he is done trying to fix it, even though it was under warranty. GMC gave me $3200 certificate towards a new truck. Wow, thanks GMC-NOT.
So I have to spend 40K to get rid of this problem. Lemon law is passed mileage/time so I'm screwed.
