My wipers stop without warning while driving. Then they start working again sometimes. Can stop in the up position or anywhere really. If you get under the hood and wiggle the electrical connection the wiper motor on passenger side on engine firewall, they will start working again. I know there are a couple of prongs in there that end up losing their power connection I think. I am about to repair but would like to fix it without spending too much money. Any ideas ?? Do I have to replace the whole unit ??

When using wiper blades whether in intermittent or regular mode, they run non stop with no pausing and don't stop when they are supposed to. They may continue running for a few seconds or a few minutes. When they do stop, they may be sticking straight up, almost horizontal, or anywhere in between. They can also jerk at times to the correct location. I'm mostly worried that they will stop working with no warning and if they do, with my luck I will be a long way from home.t, stop at wrong time
