- Summary
- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have water dripping in the driver's side foot well from the inboard side and/or driver may notice slight mildew odor. Technician should check for a void on the driver side Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning lower blower case. If a void is found the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning lower blower case will need to be replaced.
