Yukon XL 5.7L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 112,000 miles

The front transaxle (4 wheel drive models only) went out at 100,000 miles. Had a used one installed. It failed one year later. The repair shop said they have seen a dozen of these. Will not use a GMC replacement.

Found an aftermarket company that makes them and warranty's them.
