We don't have a lot of complaints on file for the Honda Insight (although feel free to add yours here) -- it's either not very popular ... or it's very, very good.
The 2011 Honda Insight has the most complaints, & the most-reported problem is also with the 2011 Insight for headrests are uncomfortable.

paint scratches to bare metal very easily -- 2010 Insight:
The paint finish on my 2010 Honda Insight is so thin that if my fingernail goes across it, it will scratch the paint off to the metal. Honda, I have never been happier with a car. I love my insight. It gets 48 to 58 MPG depending on traffic. I am usually in heavy stop & go traffic and smile all the time.
