Brakes are groaning and failing with jumping and vibration. Not sure what is causing this problem. Honda had a recent recall on ABS system and I had it for repair. Now the problem is becoming persistant. Only happens at low speeds. I have been told my brake fluid is a little low but had the car inspected in September 2003 and the inspector indicated no pad replacement was required.
Does anyone know what this problem is. I am very concerned the brakes will fail completely.
