The cruise control won't work if it's 20°F or colder. After 1/2 hour of driving, usually it will start working if it's not below 0°F. Never had the problem diagnosed.

Just like my old SI, the cruise control on my Prelude 4WS doesn't work when it's cold out for about the first 10-15 minutes. Sometimes turning it off, back on & setting it again works.
