Driver's side seat belt eventually stopped retracting.. had the same problem with my previous 92 Prelude SI.

  • 100,000 miles

The seat belt retractor got slower over time & eventually stopped working at all. Had it fixed for free at the dealer under the Honda Lifetime Seat Belt Limited Warranty.
