Around March 28, 2018, as I was driving I noticed my a/c was not blowing cool air, but didn't think much of it. Parked my car at the grocer, when I came back, I cranked it up but could not put it into drive, it would not shift at all. There were no lights on the dash, no gauges. I couldn't see my speed or my mileage. I called the service dept., who explained to me how to override the shift, by pressing the hidden shift lock in order to engage it again.
The next day I took it to the service dept., who after a few days they decided to replace the fuse box/interior junction box. They gave me a loaner car until the part came in and could replace it. My car was ready on March 31, 2018, mileage was 41145. There was no charge, repaired under warranty.
