After leaving with passangers in the vehicle upon reaching the destination the passenger in the right rear could not get out the vehicle because the door would not unlock or open from the inside or outside door handles. Thank God there was not accident or fire in which the person needed to get out immediately or this could have been fatal. From reading on the internet I have found out that this is a common problem and there needs to be a recall. The door actuator seems to be the solution but it's $90 for the parts and that doesn't include the labor, plus I heard that the outside door handle has to be broken off in order for the door to open for the repair to begin and that labor costs is ridiculous.
