The contact owns a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. While driving 30 mph, the vehicle began to swerve. The trailing arm on the rear axle of the frame disconnected from the frame. The contact noticed that the frame was rusted and rotted all the way through to the point of disconnection. He called the manufacturer corporate offices and was informed that the vehicle was beyond its manufacturer warranty due to the mileage. The current and failure mileages were 110,000.
